Our repair services cover a variety of devices and issues, and the terms vary according to the type of service provided. Below are the specifics for each service category:
2.1 iPhone Repair
- Screen Replacement: Covers cracked or shattered screens, including LCD and digitizer replacements. Parts used are either OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or high-quality aftermarket parts, depending on availability and customer preference.
- Battery Replacement: We offer battery replacements for iPhones suffering from poor battery life or irregular charging. Battery health is evaluated before replacement.
- Water Damage Repair: While we can address certain water damage issues, it is not always possible to restore full functionality. Success rates depend on the extent of the damage, and repairs are not guaranteed.
- Software Issues: We handle iOS malfunctions such as unresponsive systems, failed updates, or boot-loop issues. However, jailbroken devices or devices with unauthorized modifications may not be fully repairable.

- Devices that have been tampered with, serviced by another provider, or otherwise modified after we completed the repair
- Exclusions: Some repairs, such as water damage, may not be covered under the warranty due to the unpredictability of water-related issues.
3.2 Warranty Claim Process
- To make a warranty claim, bring the device to iGadget Repair within the warranty period. Our technicians will assess the problem. If it is determined to be a warranty-related issue, we will re-service the device at no additional cost.
- Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of service, such as a receipt or repair invoice.
- Curbside Pickup and Drop-off Service
4.1 Scheduling
- Curbside pickup and drop-off services must be scheduled in advance, either through our website or by phone. Accurate address and contact details must be provided.
- A confirmation will be sent to you with the date, time, and pickup/drop-off instructions.
4.2 Pickup and Drop-off Responsibilities
- Customer Responsibilities: Ensure that your device is ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time. Any delays or changes to the pickup or drop-off location must be communicated promptly.
- iGadget Repair Responsibilities: We will handle your device with care and perform a basic inspection upon pickup. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues that were not disclosed at the time of pickup.
4.3 Device Inspection and Diagnosis
- Upon receiving your device, we will conduct a thorough inspection to identify the issues. If any additional repairs are required that were not initially quoted, we will notify you before proceeding with any further repairs.
- Repair Timelines
- Standard Repairs: Most repairs are completed within 1-3 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue and parts availability.
- Extended Timelines: For certain devices or more complex repairs, additional time may be required. If parts are unavailable or must be ordered, we will inform you of the extended repair timeline.
- Pricing, Estimates, and Payments
6.1 Quotes and Estimates
- All quotes provided are estimates based on the initial evaluation of your device. Should additional issues be discovered during the repair process, you will be notified, and the quote will be adjusted accordingly.

6.2 Payment Terms

- Non-Payment: Devices will not be returned until payment is made in full. Devices left unpaid for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned, and iGadget Repair reserves the right to sell the device to cover costs.

- Data Backup: It is your responsibility to back up all data on your device prior to submitting it for repair. iGadget Repair does not guarantee the preservation of data on repaired devices.
- Software or Firmware Updates: During certain repairs, it may be necessary to update the device’s software or firmware. This process may cause data loss, for which iGadget Repair is not liable.
- Abandoned Devices
Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after completion of repairs will be considered abandoned. iGadget Repair reserves the right to dispose of or sell abandoned devices to recover the costs of repair services provided.
